Dr. M. Zahir, a top company lawyer of Bangladesh has prepared this book in the light of his long experience in the courtrooms and his work with corporate clients. He has also drawn on his knowledge of company and securities laws in the UK and Australia. Having obtained his B. A. (Hons.) and M.A. in English Literature and LLB at Dhaka University, Zahir got enrolled as an Advocate of Dhaka High Court in March 1962.
