Dr M. Monirul H. Khan is a wildlife biologist specializing in research and PhD from the University of Cambridge, UK, in 2004 for his work on the ecology and conservation of the tiger in the Sundarbans of Bangladesh. Afterwards he continued working on the tiger with the Zoological Society of London, UK, and was supported by the Save the Tiger Fund, Bangladesh Forest Department and a few other entities. Currently he serves as Associate Professor of Zoology in Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh, and his activities include teaching and research on various aspects of wildlife and wildlife habitats. He also spends a lot of time in watching and photographing wildlife in Bangladesh and abroad. Dr Khan is the author of the book
