Syed Shehzar M. Doja was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh and currently resides in Luxembourg as a poet, student, and Founder/Editor-in-Chief of the literary journal, The Luxembourg Review [theluxembourgreview.org] which has garnered substantial interest from the top-tier of the international writing community. As a resident of Luxembourg, he was selected to represent the country on a pan-European platform for a project commissioned for the city of Amsterdam. His work has appeared in numerous publications worldwide including The San Antonio Review, Fireside International publication, New Welsh Review and Monsoon Letters. He has won several literary and theatrical competitions. He is an active member of the English literary scenes in Paris and Luxembourg, participating in various readings and festivals. He was also the first Bangladeshi to be a featured poet in Spokenword Paris Open Secrets with a reading in the heart of the famed Latin Quarters. His debut collection Drift is co-published by UPL and Monsoon Letters.
