Muhammad Z. Mamun is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a background of civil engineering undergraduate degree, he did his MBA in Management Science and Ph.D in Urban Development Management. Dr Mamun is a Post-doctoral Fellow of the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok and a Fellow of the International Centre for Asian Studies, Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of teaching and research experience. He has a number of international publications in planning and management related areas. His specializations are in the areas of risk, environment, disaster and operations management.
