Atiqur Rahman, Ph.D (Cambridge), formerly of BIDS, Dhaka, was a Senior Economist and later Lead Strategist at IFAD, Rome. He taught at John Cabot University, Rome, Italy as an Adjunct Professor and at the University of California, Riverside as a Visiting Professor. He is an author and an editor.
