ASM Amanullah (PhD, The University of New South Wales, Sydney) is a Professor of Sociology at the University of Dhaka. He was a Visiting Professor at Western Sydney University, Australia, and taught at the UNSW, SUST, and NSU. He has published about ninety papers/reports at home and abroad. His research focuses on health, population, nutrition, child protection, media, violent extremism, digital citizenship, migration, LGBTQI, HIV/AIDS, and other public health issues.
