Anis Chowdhury

Anis Chowdhury is an Adjunct Professor of Economics, at Western Sydney University & University of New South Wales (Canberra campus). He served as a senior official at UN-DESA (New York) and UN-ESCAP (Bangkok). Prior to joining the United Nations, he was a Professor of Economics at Western Sydney University and the founder chief editor of the Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy. He publishes widely on macroeconomic policies and development issues.
