Ayesha Shireen Quadir

Ayesha Shireen Quadir is called Chitra at home—named after river Chitra, that flows next to her ancestral home. She is ten years old and a student at Sunbeams School, Dhaka. She is fond of reading fiction, with Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings being her favorites. She loves travelling. Besides, she enjoys fencing, biking, football, art and guitar. She is curious, and is always eager to ask questions. She likes to write, following the footsteps of her grandmother and two great grandmothers. When she grows up, Ayesha wants to be either a social leader or a newspaper editor.
