Niloy Ranjan Biswas is a Professor of the Department of International Relations at the University of Dhaka. A Fulbright and USIP Resolve Fellow, he holds a Ph.D. from City, University of London. His research and publications focus on security governance, violent extremism, WPS issues, peacekeeping, and forced migration. He has co-authored two books, co-edited five books and authored numerous journal articles.
