Ahrar Ahmad received his PhD from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA. He taught Political Science at Black Hills State University, Spearfish, South Dakota. Dr. Ahmed has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, and presented numerous papers at professional conferences.
